Jen has been a wandering yogi and meditator in nature, and a poet for the past twenty+ years. A Reiki master and an intuitive energy healing practitioner, Private Chef, Labor & Postpartum Doula, and a Nature Education and Alternative Education teacher.

In the 1990's, Jen was a public school teacher in Chicago and Evanston, IL, as well as a tutor and teacher at two alternative learning centers. Jen is also a mom and teacher to her amazing kids, Kai and Story (homeschooling them for the past 19+years). Kai just graduated from UC Santa Cruz with honors in History, and Story is an amazing musician and public transportation expert. He also is following his passions in art, writing, science, history, and political science. Jen loves the ocean and the woods, dogs, chanting, photography, writing, yoga, meditation, music and dancing, traveling, cooking, gardening, and being silly and laughing with her family.
